How many Paystubs require for H1 Visa Transfers?
We need Last 2 or 3 Paystubs may require for H1B Transfers, for Fresh applicants no paystubs required.
If I have got H1 Visa from an employer but not even landed on US and worked for them so far. Is this possible to go and search my new employer using that H1 visa?
No, you can't travel to search jobs with endorsed H1 Visa which is offense.
What are the documents required to apply for H1 Transfers?
As said above, recent paystubs for last two or three months. It may not be required for those having H1B and not used it.
Form I-797, H1B Approval notice copy
Copy of passport, all the pages or till the requested period of stay in US.
Form I 94 copy
Latest Visa stamp copy without expiration
Updated resume with educational certificates, offer letters, work experience certificates, relieving letters and social security card.
Enclose W2 and Tax returns if applicable.
State license and visa screening certificate required if the applicant is occupational/physical therapist.
H4 Documents may also require travelling with family like copy of birth certificate, marriage certificate, I-94 card and passport with visa stamping.
Note: Attach the copy of the certificates but not the original. If sent, we may require some additional formalities like filing G-884 form with USCIS to reclaim it which may not be available online.
